摘要
目的分析西安地区不同类型、不同级别旅游目的地的客源市场差异。方法通过偶遇抽样调查的方式,分别对华山、陕西历史博物馆和翠华山游客的基本属性、旅游动机,对传媒的感知及客源地进行调查,并对其进行比较分析。结果华山、陕西历史博物馆和翠华山的客源市场在性别结构、年龄结构、职业结构和空间结构等方面存在较大差异。结论不同类型、不同级别的旅游地应采取不同的发展对策:华山应巩固其原有的较大的客源市场,并加强在经济发达地区的促销;陕西历史博物馆应突出其自身不同于其他人文旅游景点的特征,以扩大其客源市场;翠华山应扩大其在周边各地市的影响力,以增加其客源市场的稳定性和多元性。
Aim To analyze the difference of tourist source areas to different types and levels ot tourist desnnauons in Xi'an. Methods By survey to accident samples, the basic attributes, motivations, the origin area of tourists perception to media are studied and compared in the tourists to Mount Huashan, Shaanxi History Museum and Mount Cuihuashan. Results There are differences among tourists to Mount Huashan, Shaanxi History Museum and Mount Cuihuashan in terms of gender, age, profession and spatial structure. Conclusion Different types and level of destinations should take different measures: Mount Huashan should consolidate former important markets and market more in developed areas, Shaanxi History Museum should take its characteristics into consideration in order to expand its tourist source, and Mount Cuihuashan should improve its influence in the around areas to raise the stability and diversity of its tourist source.
