膳食结构与胰岛素抵抗关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来我国居民的膳食结构发生了明显的改变,表现为肉类食物增加而植物类食物减少。膳食相关的代谢性疾病发病率也显著增高,其病理基础和中心环节是胰岛素抵抗。能量摄入增多与消耗减少以及由此引发的肥胖和脂质异位沉积是导致胰岛素抵抗的重要原因;而膳食中碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪又是能量供应的主要来源。
