摘要
由于故障解列装置故障过压解列功能判据存在缺陷,在35 kV线路末端,用户变压器发生接地故障时,装置误判为过电压,导致故障解列装置动作。通过对此故障现象的分析,提出完善过压解列功能判据的措施,以正确可靠的判别系统过电压,避免小电流接地系统单相接地故障时故障解列装置误动。
Because of the disadvantage existing the criteria of over-voltage separation device, the separation performances when there are faults on the user transformer at the terminal of 35 kV lines. Through the analysis of the abnormal operation, the soluton is proposed that the criteria of over-voltage separation device is perfected to avoid maloperation of separation device when there is phase-to-ground fault in the small current grounded system.
