摘要
从素质要求和考核方案构建两方面探讨了车辆工程专业实验教师队伍建设方向.车辆工程专业实验教师应重点突出汽车文化素质、学习能力素养和细节管理能力的要求;在考核方案的设计上需要将过程考核与目标考核的手段结合起来,建立涵括实验教学、实验研究、科研工作、综合能力等多元指标体系,在个人自评并提出相应依据的基础上进行绩效考核与激励.
The paper discusses the construction of teachers in charge of experiment teaching for vehicle engineering majors from their quality and assessment.They need to focus on automobile culture,learning and management ability.The assessment should combine process evaluation with objective one,including experiment teaching,experiment research,scientific research and comprehensive capability.Performance assessment and incentives are carried out based on self-evaluation.
