摘要
和谐管理是和谐社会建设和企业发展的共同要求,是复杂多变环境下企业管理问题的解决之道。和谐管理是以和谐理念为指导的,由管理理念、管理制度、管理方式、操作方法、管理目标等构成的一整套管理系统。胜利油田海洋采油厂海二生产管理区以和谐管理理论为指导,借鉴国内外企业和谐管理的成功经验,探索并构建起了一个适应海上采油这一独特环境及其相应的生产生活方式的和谐管理模式,实现了海上采油生产安全有序地运行,也为复杂多变环境下的企业管理创新提供了有益的经验。
Harmonious management is the common requirements of harmonious society building and business development and also solutions to the enterprise management problems under the complex and volatile environment. Harmonious management, guided by the concept of harmony, is a whole set of management systems consisting of management philosophy, management system, management mode, operation methods, management objectives etc. The 2nd Management Zone of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Branch Offshore Oil Production Plant, with harmonious management theory as a guide, drawing on the successful experiences of harmonious management of overseas and domestic businesses, explore and build up the harmonious management mode adapting to this unique environment offshore oil production and appropriate production and life style. It doesn＇t only achieve safe and orderly offshore oil production but also offers beneficial experiences for business management innovation under the complicated and rapid changing environment.
