摘要
为了研究亚临界600MW汽轮机高压第九级静叶叶栅的变冲角气动特性,为高压静叶叶片设计提供依据,对原型和改型两套环形叶栅在低速风洞中进行了不同冲角工况下的吹风实验研究。实验结果表明:改型叶栅降低了叶栅的流动损失,具有更好的变冲角特性。
To investigate the aerodynamic performance at different incidences of the high pressure static blade cascade used in the 9th stage of the 600MW sub-critical steam turbine, experi- ments in a low speed wind tunnel were carried out for the two sets of annular turbine cascades (the original and modified ones) under three different incidences, which is to provide basis for the design of high pressure static blade. The experimental results show that the modified stator cascade can reduce the flow loss and has better incidence performance compared with the original one.
