摘要
目的观察乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊配伍甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将130例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。2组均给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组另加用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。每组7d为1个疗程,连用3个疗程。治疗后观察2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为97.3%高于对照组的88.0%(P<0.05)。结论乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊配伍甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of viable lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazole in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 130 cases patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 75 cases.Control group were given metronidazole,while observation group were added with viable lactobacillus capsule.After treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group（97.3%） was higher than that of control group（88.0%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Viable lactobacillus capsule combined with metronidazole in treatment of senile vaginitis has a nice effect,is worthy of clinical application.
