摘要
通过对现行控制性详细规划的概述,针对控规编制刚刚完成就面临重大调整的情况,提出控制单元的控制模式,并对控制性指标的弹性控制进行了初步探索,以期改善控规不能及时批复的局面。
The paper indicates the current controlling detailed planning, points out the unit controlling model according to the huge adjustment after the compilation of compilation and planning, and has the primary exploration for the elastic control of controlling indexes, so as to improve the status that the controlling planning can not be approved timely.
