摘要
采用正交法优化了锂云母中钾的提取条件。以100g锂云母提取K2O的量为指标,采用火焰原子吸收光谱进行检测,考察了硫酸质量分数、反应时间和液固质量比3个主要因素对从锂云母中溶出钾的影响。通过正交实验确定锂云母中钾的最佳提取条件为:硫酸质量分数40%、反应时间8h、液固质量比2.5∶1(g∶g)。
The extraction technology of potassium from lithium mica was optimized by orthogonal experi- ment design. With K20 content in 100 g lithium mica as index which was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,the effects of major factors such as mass fraction of sulfuric acid,reaction time and mass ratio of liquid to solid on the leaching of potassium from lithium mica were investigated. Through orthogonal experi- ment,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows.the mass fraction of sulfuric acid was 40~, the reaction time was 8 h,the mass ratio of liquid to solid was 2.5 " 1(~ " ~z).
