海底单层保温管管端热缩防水帽开发试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 海底单层保温管管端采用辐射交联型热缩防水帽进行防水密封,是目前常用的形式之一。文章介绍了一种无接缝直筒型热缩防水帽及其配套的高温、高剪切热熔型胶粘剂的研究开发成果。试验结果表明,开发的海底管道专用热缩防水帽及其高温、高剪切热熔型胶粘剂的高温剪切强度达到0.67 MPa(80℃),满足≥0.6MPa的试验目标要求;在0.7~0.8 MPa静水压试验条件下,经过30 d的连续试验,不发生透水现象,说明该防水帽可在20~50 m的水深工况下使用。 Submarine single layer insulation pipeline adopts heat shrinkable end-cap made of radiation crosslink material to prevent water,which is a commonly applied mode at present.A cylindrical heat shrinkable end-cap without seam and its matching hot melt adhesive with high temperature resistance and high shear strength have been developed for submarine pipeline.They have the shear strength of 0.67 MPa at 80 ℃,which reaches the test aim of not less than 0.6 MPa.No permeable phenomenon was observed under the test condition of continuous hydraulic pressure 0.7 ~ 0.8 MPa for 30 day.The test results prove that the heatshrinkable end-cap can be applied in the working condition of 20 ~ 50 m water depth.
