净水污泥制备陶粒的研究进展及应用

摘要 给水处理厂污泥是水处理过程中产生的固体废弃物,数量巨大,成份复杂,其处理工艺受到研究者的普遍关注。综述净水污泥制备陶粒的烧制工艺和陶粒滤料的国内外研究进展,并对各种陶粒的应用领域进行了对比分析,指出改性陶粒是今后的研究重点,而净水污泥资源化制备陶粒将是未来的重要生产途径。 A large amount of sludge with complex components is produced in the process of drinking water treatment. Pbenol-containing wastewater treatment has been prevalent concerned by researchers. Ceramsite preparation from purified water sludge was reviewed and the research process in the ceramsite filters at home and abroad was summarized, and contrast analysis of application fields of these ceramsites were carried out. It is pointed out that modified ceramsites would be the research focal point in the future, and the important route to production of modified ceramsites would be utilization of purified water sludge as resources.
