摘要
甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)是常见的眼眶疾病,是一类与Grave病密切相关的自身免疫紊乱。尽管确切自身免疫抗原尚不明确,典型的组织学特点为:眼外肌(EM)和眼眶脂肪(OF)的淋巴细胞浸润、眼外肌的增粗及眼眶脂肪体积的增加。[1]临床上,
