摘要
针对超过摄像机视场范围的待测零件,必须进行多次拍摄,然后对系列图像进行拼接以形成完整的零件图像.为了实现图像获取和拼接的自动化,设计了x-y-z三轴运动控制平台对定焦相机进行精确定位,讨论了图像拼接的一般原理、基于互信息测度的模板匹配算法的图像拼接技术以及提高算法效率的策略.
As for large sized workpiece that exceeds the FOV (Field of View) of the camera, a series of images have to be taken and image mosaic must be performed to form a panorama of the object. To realize the automatization of image acquisition and image mosaic, a three-coordinate (x-y-z) motion control worktable has been developed to locate the camera which has a fixed focal length. The general principle of image mosaic, the scheme of template matching based on mutual information measure were explained. Meanwhile, optimization of algorithms was discussed.
