一株广谱抗菌活性菌株的鉴定及生物学特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 从湛江湖光岩世界地质公园的火山岩石中分离到一株具有广谱抗菌活性的菌株,命名为菌株HGY25,该菌株对多种食品致病菌均有较强的抑制作用。通过形态学观察、生理生化指标测定、16S rDNA碱基序列测定和同源性分析,鉴定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis。对菌株部分生物学特性研究表明:其生长的最适pH值为7.0,最适生长温度为37℃。 A broad-spectrum antibacterial strain HGY25 was isolated from volcanic rocks collected from World Geological Park of Huguangyan.The strain HGY25 was an antagonistic bacterium that exhibited excellent resistant against various pathogens in food.The strain HGY25 was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on the result of its 16S rRNA gene sequence homology,and the physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results of the biological characteristics study of strain HGY25 showed that the optimal pH and temperature for the growth were 7.0 and 37℃ respectively.
