摘要
稻米的垩白性状是评价稻米品质优劣的一项重要指标,具有垩白的稻米,透明度较差、硬度低、碎米率高、市场品质不佳。文章对前人关于稻米垩白形成的细胞学基础,稻米垩白形成的"源""库""流"学说以及垩白的遗传基础进行了总结;概述了环境生态因子对稻米垩白性状的影响;并探讨了稻米垩白性状改良的策略。
Rice chalkiness is an important index of evaluating grain quality. Chalky rice lead to poorer transparency, lower hardness, higher broken rice rate and worse market quality. We summarized cytological basis, source-sink-flow theory and genetic basis of rice chalkiness formation,.and and the effects of environmental and ecological factors on rice chalkiness formation. Then the strategies of rice chalkiness improvement were discussed.
