摘要
针对大麦条纹病,选用7种杀菌剂对大麦品种甘啤4号种子处理后进行了室内毒力测定和室内发芽测定,同时进行了大田试验。结果表明,10%二硫氰基甲烷乳油,3%敌萎丹悬浮种衣剂和0.5%二硫氰基甲烷种衣剂具有较好的抑菌效果,其EC50有效抑菌浓度为2.563、7.345和19.721μg/mL;10%二硫氰基甲烷乳油、8%克.烯种衣剂和15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂拌种,对甘啤4号发芽有一定抑制作用;7种杀菌剂田间防治试验结果中0.5%二硫氰基甲烷种衣剂、3%敌萎丹悬浮种衣剂和10%二硫氰基甲烷乳油是防治大麦条纹病较好的药剂,其防效均达到了83%以上,产量也较高。
For the control of harley stripe disease,7 fungicides were used to test the toxicity and seed germination. The result indicated that 10% methylene bisthiocyanate EC,3% Dividend FS and 0. 5% methylene bisthiocyanate FS showed inhibition on Drechslera graminea and their EC50 were 2. 563 μg/ml,7. 345μg/ml and 19. 721μg/ml respectively. 10% methylene bisthiocyanate EC, 15% triadimefon wp and 8% carbofuran diniconazole FS showed a certain inhibitory effect on barley germination. Field control effects of 7 fungicides on barley stripe disease showed that 10 % methylene bisthiocyanate EC, 3 % Dividend FS and 0.5 % methylene bisthiocyanate FS were better and their control effects were all more than 83 %.
