摘要
对应用在电解铝残阳极清理的吹吸式排风罩进行数值模拟分析,通过改变送风口夹角和排风速度以及与其对应的临界送风速度,得到了两个控制点处的风速变化规律,进而确定出在各送风口夹角下,两控制点达到设定要求时所对应的排风速度和临界送风速度。
Numerical simulation of push-pull hood used in aluminum electrolysis anode scrap cleaning,by changing the angle between the outlet and the exhaust velocity and its corresponding critical air speed,gets the two control points,wind speed variation rule,and thus determine the two control points which set the requirements corresponding exhaust air speed and critical air speed at variation angles of the outlet.
