摘要
对四川道地药材-"川麦冬"进行了等级考察,同时通过醇提法、溶剂沉淀法对其有效成份-粗多糖及总皂甙的含量进行了测定并分析,实验结果表明:川麦冬粗多糖含量范围为(28.85±1.08)%-(32.45±1.13)%,平均含量为30.786%,总皂甙含量范围为(1.27±0.15)%-(1.68±0.32)%,平均含量为1.494%,三台县所产川麦冬粗多糖含量差异较小,总皂甙含量差异较大,而且川麦冬等级与质量存在关系,此结果也为川麦冬的用药质量及评估提供了参考.
The grades of geo- authentic Crude Drugs in Sichuan Province-Ophiopogon Japonicus were studied. Effective Content - polysaccharides and total saponins in Ophiopogon Japonicus were determined by alcohol extraction method and solvent precipitating method. The resuhs showed that polysaccharides content in Ophiopogon Japonicus was among （28.85 ± 1.08） % - （32.45 ± 1.13） % , and the average content of polysaccaredes was 30. 786%. Total saponins content in Ophiopogon Japonicus was among（ 1.27 ± 0.15 ）% - （1.68 ± 0.32）% , and the average content of total saponins was 1. 494%. There was a little difference in polysaccharides content of Ophiopogon Japonicus produced in Santai county, while more： difference in total saponins content of Ophiopogon Japonicus produced in Santai county. The grades of Ophiopogon Japonicus were related to Ophiopogon Japonicus qualities. Resuits of the study provided reference for Ophiopogon Japonicus qualities and assessing Ophiopogon Japonicus.
