塔河10、12区三叠系地层PDC钻头防泥包技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,PDC钻头在新疆塔河油田10、12区的钻井过程中大都不同程度地出现过泥包现象,且其中以三叠系地层的泥包问题尤为突出,而泥包后往往严重制约提速及可能导致钻头损坏。本文从地质岩性、钻井液性能、钻头设计、工程参数及操作水平等方面入手,深入分析了PDC钻头钻遇三叠系地层时泥包问题频发的主要原因,并结合本地区现场实际施工情况,提出了针对性防泥包的技术措施及优化方向。 In recent years,there were always balling-up problems in some extent when PDC bit is used in 10 and 12 areas of Tahe oil field,especially in Triassic zone.The balling up problem can generally limit the speed and may lead to the bit damage.This paper analyzes the main reason of balling up using the PDC bit when encountering the Triassic zone from the aspects of the geological lithology,drilling fluid property,bit design,engineering parameter and the operation level,and provides the related technical parameter and optimizing suggestions about the anti-balling up according to the real implementation condition in site.
