摘要
基于三维扫描和曲面重建,提出用有限元分析仿真冲压件装夹状态的方法,可较好去除冲压件特别是薄板件在非装夹状态下的翘曲,以某轿车中地板为例,模拟出地板装夹后的状态并检测出地板件制造误差。实验结果证明消除了中地板的翘曲误差,完成了对其制造误差的评定.
This article is based on three-dimensional scanning and surface reconstruction, it introduced a method which can simulate the fixed state of the Stampings by finite element a- nalysis. The wraping of the products, especially the sheet products, can be properly elimina- ted. The fixed state of the products can be simulated and the manufacturing error can be de- tected. The results show the warping errors of the floor have been successfully eliminated, and its assessment of manufacturing errors has been also completed.
