形变量及退火温度对Al-Ce合金内耗影响的研究

摘要 采用葛氏倒扭摆内耗测量仪研究了拉伸形变量及退火温度对Ce含量为0.6%的Al-Ce合金内耗的影响。结果表明:晶界内耗峰的大小与晶粒尺寸有密切关系,可作为研究二次再结晶的有效手段,形变量越大,二次再结晶开始的温度越低. By using the internal friction tester based on the Ke's inverted torsion pendulum, the effect of the tensile ratio and annealing treatment on the alloy internal friction in Al-0.6 wt% Ce alloys is discussed. Results shows that, related to grain fineness number. So changing the grain boundary internal friction is closely internal friction can be one of the effective measures for secondary recrystallization study. In the samples with higher deformation ratio, the secondary recrystallization temperature is lower.
