摘要
目的 探讨腹股沟疝术后的复发因素。方法 回顾性分析１９９３ 年５ 月至１９９９ 年６ 月收治的４５ 例腹股沟复发疝病人，其中斜疝３３ 例，直疝１２ 例。结果 行Ｈａｌｓｔｅｄ 术３０ 例，ＭｃＶａｙ 术１５ 例，随访无复发。结论 不符合生理的有张力缝合，不重视内环修补，术者技巧与经验不足，不适当的选用缝线及术式是引起腹股沟疝复发的重要原因。
Objective To address the causative factors in the post operative recurrence of inguinal hernia.Methods Forty five patients with recurrent hernia were admitted to the hospital from May 1993 to June 1999.of these cases,33 were indirect hernias and 12 direct hernias.For treatment,30 cases were repaired by Halstyeds operation and 15 cases were repaired by McVays operation.The possible causes of recurrence were examined during operation.Results No recurrence was observed again in the follow up period from 6 months to 6 years after opeation.Conclusion The major causes of recurrence of inguinal hernias were:repair under tension,negligence in repairing the internal ring,less experience and dexterity of the surgeon,and inappropriate choice of sutures and methods for operation.
