摘要
大西客运专线铁路晋陕黄河特大桥上跨国家湿地森林公园,为有效保护生态环境,该桥设计结构形式多样,48 m节段拼装简支箱梁相邻孔跨均为大跨径连续梁,且桥墩高度均在50 m以上,造桥机必须在墩顶悬空拼装,桥址所在区域冬夏季节为多风季节。为降低造桥机自身拼装、拆除难度以及节段拼装作业的安全风险,特选用重心较低的下承式造桥机进行48 m节段拼装简支箱梁的拼装作业,同时配套设计了墩旁垂直提升站,成功解决了梁段提升至梁面的难题,避免了因修筑运梁通道而引起生态环境的破坏。通过现场实际运用,该造桥机及墩旁提升站,适应性强、自动化程度高、安全性能好、操作灵活快速,成功解决了高空、大风、严寒环境下桥梁施工的难题。结合晋陕黄河特大桥48 m节段拼装简支箱梁施工,总结下承式造桥机相关设计原理及特点。
Yellow River bridge on Datong-Xi'an passager dedicated railway crosses the State Wetlands Forest Park,to protect the environment effectively,the structural design of the bridge was diversified.The two adjacent bridges of the 48 m simply supported box beam are continuous long span beam bridges,and the heights of the piers are more than 50 metres.The bridge fabrication machine must work high in the open air.The weather is windy on the bridge construction site,especially in summer and winter.To reduce the danger of the machine's assembly and dismantlement,the bridge machine was designed with low barycenter,supported by a vertical lifting station,which solved the problem of lifting the beam section to the designed level successfully and avoided the damage of environment.According to the practical usage on the construction,the lifting station was adaptable,automatic,safe,and quickly-operated,which solved the problem of bridge construction under high open air,windy and cold weather.Based on the erection of 48 m simply-supported box beams,the paper summarizes the design theory and characteristics of the bridge fabrication machine.
