摘要
提出了一种能同时敏感2个垂直方向上倾角的二维水平姿态传感器。在2个轴线相互垂直的圆柱形密闭腔体中设置2对热敏电阻;通过2个惠斯登电桥输出x轴向和y轴向的倾角电压。为了克服影响传感器的环境因素,提出了零位温度补偿、灵敏度温度补偿和线性度补偿等信号处理方法,并对实际制作的二维水平姿态传感器进行了测试。测试结果表明,二维水平姿态传感器的分辨率优于0.05°,非线性度优于0.1%。
Two-dimensional level posture sensor which can sense at the two vertical directional dip angles at the same time is described.In the cavity,two thermistors are set up at the two axis perpendicular cylindrical.Then,the two wheatstone bridges output the x-axis and y-axis dip voltage.To overcome sensor environmental factors,a series of signal processing methods are proposed,such as zero temperature compensation,sensitive temperature compensation and linear compensation.At last,the practical two-dimensional level posture sensor was tested.The test results show that the two-dimensional airflow level posture sensor resolution precedes 0.05° and the nonlinear precedes 0.1%.
