摘要 针对仪器仪表上的传统液晶显示器(LCD)抗震性能差的问题,提出将有机发光二极管(OLED)显示技术应用于工业应用领域的手持编程器中。与LCD相比,OLED重量轻、不怕摔、视角广、功耗低、响应快、低温性能好,适应复杂现场环境。设计中用C8051F007单片机作为控制系统的核心控制器件,用VGM128064A50A01 OLED显示器作为显示终端组成OLED字符显示和图形绘制系统。实现了字符、汉字的稳定显示和图形绘制,并解决了图形字符的兼容问题。成功应用于手持编程器的显示系统。 Aiming at poor anti-seismic performance of the traditional liquid crystal display(LCD) on instruments,an organic light emitting diode(OLED) display technology is proposed to be used in industrial applications in the handheld programmer.Compared with LCD,OLED is light in weight,wide in viewing angle,low in power consumption,fast in response,good in seismic performance and low temperature performance,and adapts to the complex environment of the scene.By using C8051F007 MCU as the core control device and VGM128064A50A01 OLED display as the terminal display device,the OLED character display and drawing system is composed.A stable display of characters,Chinese characters and graphics drawing are realized.Moreover,the compatibility problem of graphics characters is solved.The design is successfully applied in the handheld programmer display system.
