摘要
在跨国经营中,由于地理环境与文化背景的不同,企业不可避免的会面对与本国文化截然不同的异国文化以及由文化差异带来的文化冲突。这种文化差异对跨国企业来说不仅是一种机遇,也是一种挑战。跨国经营的成功与否通常在很大程度上就取决于企业进行跨文化管理的能力。文章探讨了如何去看待文化差异给国际化经营带来的机遇和挑战,以及如何去进行跨文化管理,以期为正在实施"走出去"战略的中国企业提供一些借鉴和参考。
Different geographical environments and cultural backgrounds make the transnational enterprises have to face up the exotic cultures and cultural conflicts inevitably, which is not only a chance but also a challenge for them. Whether the transnational operation is successful or not largely depends on the cross-cultural management capability of the transnational enterprises. In order to provide some guide and reference to Chinese enterprises which want "Going Global", this paper discusses and analyzes how to properly deal with the chances and challenges brought by cultural differences, and how to carry out a successful cross-cultural management.
