摘要
针对海上巡航监管、搜寻救助亟待解决的航拍图像目标定位问题,提出一种基于航拍图像的海上目标定位算法.通过分析航拍图像上的像点与空间物标点的对应关系,建立摄像机中心、图像上的像点、海上目标3者之间几何关系模型,研究一种利用航拍图像对海上目标进行定位的算法.实测结果表明:该算法定位精度可以满足巡航监管、搜寻救助对海上目标定位的要求;同时,为实现航拍图像上指定目标位置信息在ECDIS上的直接显示奠定基础.
In view of the problem of target positioning on aerial image which demands prompt solution in cruise supervision and maritime search and rescue, a target positioning algorithm based on aerial image is proposed. By analyzing the corresponding relationship between aerial image point and spatial object point, the geometric relation model among camera center, image point and maritime target is established, and the sea target positioning algorithm using aerial image is studied. Practical test result shows that the precision of the algorithm can meet the demands of target positioning in cruise supervision and maritime search and rescue, and it provides the basis for the realization of direct displaying on ECDIS the designated position information on aerial image at the same time.
