Hexomia饮品对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠肝、肾功能和抗疲劳能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将小鼠分为Hexomia饮品A组、B组和水对照组,试验期间进行小鼠的转棒实验,然后第50天开始连续4 d给各组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺,造成免疫低下模型.观察Hcxomia饮品的保护作用,第55天时剖检动物,检测小鼠肝肾的SOD,MDA等指标.结果表明,Hexomia饮品A、B可降低免疫低下小鼠肝、肾中MDA含量,有效抑制小鼠肝、肾中自由基的生成.且Hexomia饮品对小鼠抗疲劳起到一定的作用. The mice were randomly divided into three groups, Hexomia mineral water A, Hexomia mineral water B and tap-water group as control. Rotarod test showed that the average stay time of mice on rotarod treadmills were increased on the Hexomia mineral water A and B treatment groups. The weight of each mouse was recorded for each week during about 7 weeks treatment before necropsy. From the 50th day of treatment, cyclophosphamide was intraperitoneally injected for each groups for 4 days. At the end of the experiment, SOD and MDA in the liver and kidney were checked. Eventually Hexomia mineral water has no influence for weight changes of mice in each group. There is obvious significant different in MDA contents in liver and kidney. Hexomia mineral water can protect mouse from immunosuppression induction. Hexomia play a role in anti-fatigue mice.
