摘要
以氯化稀土(RECl3,RE=La、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Tb、Dy)和柠檬酸(H3Cit)为原料,合成了7种柠檬酸稀土化合物。探索了反应温度、物质的量的比、酸度等反应条件对产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。实验结果表明:最佳反应条件为反应温度为50℃,氯化物与柠檬酸的物质的量的比为1∶1.2,以及pH为4~5。通过元素分析、红外谱图和TG/DTA等手段确定了柠檬酸稀土化合物的组成为RE(Cit)·nH2O。
Citric acid rare earths were synthesized by using citric acid and RECl3 as raw material. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of the raw material and pH on yields were analyzed. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 50 ℃, molar ratio of RECl2 and citric acid is 1.0 : 1.2, and pH is 4-5. The composition of citric acid rare earths are RE(Cit) nH2O by the experiments of elemental analysis, IR spectra, and TG/DGA analysis.
