摘要
随着我国国民经济持续、稳定、健康地发展,住宅产业逐渐发展成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。但我国住宅产业起步晚,住宅产业化程度不高,已不能完全适应国民经济发展的需要。本文简要回顾住宅产业、住宅产业化与工业化住宅的相关概念,通过对日本住宅产业化经验的总结与分析,得到思考和启示,探讨符合我国国情的住宅产业化发展模式。对提高住宅产业化技术水平与住宅品质,具有重要的意义。
With continuous, stable and sound development of national economy of China, the housing industry has gradually developed into one of the pillar industries of the national economy. However, the housing industry of China started late, and the level of housing industrialization is not high, it has been unable to adapt to the needs of the national economy. This article briefly reviews relevant concepts of housing industry, housing industrialization and industrialized housing, and get thought and inspiration by summary and analysis of experience of housing industrialization of Japan, and probes into the development pattern of housing industrialization conforming to the situation of China. It is of vital significance to improve the technical level of housing industrialization and housing quality.
