员工参与对工作满意度和员工绩效影响实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 大家都相信员工参与可以影响员工的工作满意度和工作绩效,它们都能产生阻滞比较竞争优势。本研究主要目的就是探究员工参与对工作满意度和员工绩效有什么样的影响作用。选取了北京地区的100家单位,每家单位4个样本,共计400个样本。研究结论发现,员工参与是预测工作满意度的一个非常重要的预测指标。提高员工参与度,将对员工工作满意度、员工绩效产生积极影响效果。当然,提高员工参与度是一个长期的过程,需要来自管理层的高度关注,也需要来自员工曾面的主动积极性。
