摘要
本文运用情景分析与因素分解相结合的方法,评估了作为典型欠发达地区的黄冈市在"十二五"期间的能源强度变化情况,提出了黄冈地区未来发展的节能途径。研究表明通过进一步优化三次产业结构、继续提升产业能效,黄冈市有条件完成"十二五"期间单位GDP能耗下降目标。以黄冈为例,指出欠发达地区应注重发展质量,发挥结构优化调整的节能效益。
The paper estimates changes of energy intensity of Huanggang in the typical underdeveloped area, in the 12^th five year plan by using scenario analysis and factors decomposition method. It proposes approaches to save energy in future Huanggang. The research shows that, through further optimization of three industrial structure, continuously improvement of industry energy efficiency, it is possible for Huanggang to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP. Taken Huanggang as an example, the paper points out that underdeveloped region should improve its quality of economic growth and fully exert benefits of industrial structure optimization on energy efficiency.
