摘要
利用Moldflow模流分析软件,采用正交试验的方法对光盘盒上盖的注塑过程进行了模拟仿真实验.该实验对不同工艺条件下的塑件成型过程进行了模拟分析,运用模糊理论中的综合评价法,以塑件成型后的最大翘曲变形量、体积收缩率和表面缩痕指数3个目标值为基础,构建出了综合评价指标.通过对综合评价指标的极差分析,得到模具温度、填充时间、保压参数、熔体温度及冷却时间等注塑工艺参数对综合评价指标的影响程度.通过因素水平影响趋势图分析得出了最优的注塑工艺参数组合方案,并对该工艺方案进行模拟验证.
Injection molding process of CD box is simulated under various technological conditions by using analysis software of Moldflow and orthogonal experiment method.Based on maximal warp value,volume shrinkage ratio and surface sink index of the injected part,comprehensive evaluation index is obtained by means of fuzzy theory.According to the range analysis of the comprehensive goal,the extent of the overall influence to the processing parameters,such as mold temperature,filling time,packing parameters,melt temperature,cooling time,etc.,is clarified.Through analyzing the diagrams of influential factors resulted from the simulation results,the optimized process parameter scheme is obtained and further verified by simulation.
