摘要
目的:探讨结核性脑膜炎(结脑)患者血钠水平检查对其疗效评估的价值。方法:分析结脑24例患者治疗前、后血钠变化特点及治疗效果。结果:所有24例患者,治愈或改善22例,死于严重低钠血症2例。结论:血钠的动态监测有助于结核性脑膜炎的早期快速诊断及预后判断。
Objective:To discuss the value for global clinical assessment of tuberculosis meningitis(TBM)by detect-ing the clinical significance of blood sodium level.Methods:Analysis of clinical significance of blood sodium level in hyponatremia variation have been performed on 24 cases with TBM between prior-treatment and post-treatment.Results:Among all 24 cases,22 cases were cured or improved,2 cases with severe hyponatremia died.Conclusion:The clinical of blood sodium level is a significant index in earlier judging the prognosis of the patients suffened TBM.
