摘要
本文针对某批40Cr钢棒料制成的工件经正火或调质处理后存在局部难以加工的问题,通过硬度、化学成分、金相、扫描电镜和能谱等方法进行了检验和分析,发现该批40Cr钢棒料的组织不均匀,存在网状铁素体及魏氏组织,局部存在屈氏体组织和金属或非金属夹杂。采用重结晶退火可以改善原有的组织缺陷,满足工件的加工性能要求。
This paper dealt with the local difficult processing of a batch of 40Cr steel parts after normalizing or quenching and tempering treatment. Through testing and analysis of hardness, chemical composition, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and EDX etc, it was found that the microstructure of the 40Cr steel bar material is uneven and there is ferrite network, widmanstatten structure , local troostite and some metallic or non -metallic inclusions. The above defects can be improved by the recrystallization annealing to meet the machining performance requirements of the 40Cr steel parts.
