摘要
伴随城市轨道交通行业的快速发展,对技能型专业人才的需求量也越来越大,而现今轨道交通专业的职业教育不论在规模上还是在人才培养规格上都有待改进。本文通过结合对城市轨道交通行业的现状与发展趋势、行业对技能型人才的需求趋势、需求特点进行分析,认为职业教育的办学方针,应该适度扩大职业教育中轨道交通技术教育规模,坚持工学结合的人才培养模式;加强学生职业道德素质教育。
With the rapid urban rail transit industry development,the demand for skilled professionals is also growing,and rail traffic today,whether in professional vocational education or training on the scale of specifications have yet to be improved.This paper, the combination of urban rail transit industry status and development trend of the industry for skilled personnel demand trends,demand analysis of the characteristics that the vocational education and school policy,should be a modest expansion of vocational education in rail transport technology education scale,insist the combination of engineering training model;enhance the quality of education students in professional ethics.
