从发展历程看《红楼梦》中的豆腐皮包子

摘要 包子是中国人民在主副结合的饮食观念指导下创制的主副合一面点。自唐代末期,经历了宋元明清的发展,在清代已经形成种类繁多的包子。其中,小说《红楼梦》中描述的豆腐皮包子是值得研究的一个独特品种。《红楼梦》是一部享誉世界的现实主义文学巨著。阅读《红楼梦》不仅是文学艺术的熏陶,同时也伴随着钟鸣鼎食的豪族饮食文化体验。书中精巧别致的面点小吃更是令人神往,其中的皇家贡品豆腐皮包子不仅制作独特,而且反映了包子这种面点的发展历程。 The Chinese developed steamed bun in the lord of diet concept of combination.Since the end of the Tang Dynasty,steamed had experienced the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing and developed various forms.As a unique form,the skin of soya-bean milk steamed bun described in the Dream of Red Mansions is worth researching.The Dream of Red Mansions is famous realism classic novel in the world.You not only gain literary and artistic influence also experience the noble diet culture.In the book,the exquisitely crafted pastries and snacks is exciting,in witch the skin of soya-bean milk steamed bun,as the royal tribute,not only is with unique craft also reflected the development course of the steamed bun.
