摘要
目的 观察针灸对脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察及康复效果。方法 回顾分析我院自2007年8月至2011年6月120例脑梗死患者随机分为针灸组60例和对照组60例,治疗前后采用简易精神状态检查(MMSE)和修订Barthel指数(MBI)对其运动功能、认知功能及日常生活能力进行评定,对照观察针灸对脑梗死患者的康复效果。结果 对照组和针灸组治疗后FMA评分、MMSE评分及Barthe1指数均有明显改善(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,针灸组治疗后FMA评分及Barthel指数改善更为明显(P<0.05),MMSE评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 针灸疗法有助于脑梗死后运动功能及日常生活能力的恢复。
Objective To observe acupuncture on patients with cerebral infarction and the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 120 cases of cerebral infarction from August 2007 to June 2011,randomly divided into acupuncture group,60 patients and a control group of 60 patients, before and after treatmen have used the Mini Mental State Examination （MMSE） and revised Barthel Index （MBI） their motor function, cognitive function and daily living skills to be assessed, controlled study of acupuncture on rehabilitation in patients is with cerebral infarction.Results In the control group and the acupuncture group after treatment FMA score,MMSE score and Barthe1 index were significantly improved （P0.05）.Compared with the control group, acupuncture group after treatment FMA score and Barthel index improved more significantly （P0.05）,MMSE score was no significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture help motor function after cerebral infarction and the recovery of daily living.
