土壤中残留草甘膦检测方法及其消解动态研究 被引量:14

摘要 为了解草甘膦在土壤中的消解动态,通过建立土壤中草甘膦的提取及液相色谱测定的方法,在浙江杭州、湖南长沙贵州贵阳三地开展了为期两年的土壤中草甘膦的消解动态规律田间试验研究。结果表明:采用NaHCO3溶液提取土壤中的草甘膦,经振荡、离心、衍生、纯水定容,以及液相色谱带荧光检测器进行测定,在0.05~1.0 mg/kg添加量范围内,土壤中草甘膦的平均回收率为82.8%~94.85%,变异系数为3.90%~10.05%;土壤中草甘膦的残留消解动态符合方程Ct=C0e-kt,降解半衰期为10.86~16.08 d。试验结果表明该提取方法十分可靠和灵敏。并根据试验结果建议我国草甘膦的MRL值暂定为0.1 mg/kg。 In order to find out the degradation dynamics of glyphosate in soil, the extraction method and HPLC detection method for glyphosate in soil were established to conduct field experiments for studying degradation dynamics of glyphosate in soil from Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province, Changsha City of Hunan Province and Guiyang City of Guizhou Province for two years. The results showed that the glyphosate in soil was extracted by using NaHCO3 solution, and then be determined by HPLC through oscillation, centrifugation, derivation and pure water constant volume, when addition amount ranged within 0.05-1.0 mg/kg, the average recovery rate and variation coefficient of glyphosate in soil were 82.8%-94.85% and 3.90%-10.05%, respectively; the degradation dynamics of glyphosate residue in soil tallies with the equation C,=Coe^-kt, and the half life of degradation was 10.86-16.08 d. Therefore, this extraction method is very reliable and sensitive. According to the experimental results, it suggests that the MRL value of glyphosate in China can be set in 0.1 mg/kg.
