摘要
目的:为翼点入路行颅中窝手术提供相关的形态学基础。方法:对50例取脑后的尸头的测量,确定翼点至颅中窝各结构的距离和夹角。结果:翼点至前床突、视神经管口、圆孔、卵圆孔、棘孔、颈动脉管内口、三叉神经压迹、岩浅大神经管颅口、岩上窦沟的连线长度和各连线与正中矢状面成角分别为(48.0±2.3)mm(75.2±4.8)°、(50.8±2.3)mm(79.8±6.2)°、(50.9±4.7)mm(74.7±6.0)°、(54.2±3.3)mm(56.2±4.0)°、(49.1±3.2)mm(49.6±7.6)°、(53.7±4.7)mm(61.2±4.0)°、(51.0±2.6)mm(52.5±5.5)°、(51.0±4.4)mm(40.0±6.0)°、(52.1±3.8)mm。结论:对翼点至颅中窝各结构相关数据的测量,有助于设计手术入路,为术中准确定位有关结构提供参考。
Objective:To provide correlative morphologic foundation for middle cranial fossa surgery by way of the pterion. Methods: The distances and angles from pterion to middle cranial fossa in infratemporal fossa were confirmed by measuring 50 skulls extracted encephalon. Results:The distances and angles from pterion to anterior clinoid process, the meatus of optic canal, foramen rotundum, foramen ovale, foramen spinosum, the inner meatus of carotid, trigeminal impress, the meatus of nervus petrosus superficialis minor, sulcus for superior petrosal sinus were (48.0±2.3)mm(75.2±4.8)°、(50.8±2.3)mm(79.8+6.2)°、(50.9+4.7)mm(74.7±6.0)°、(54.2±3.3)mm(56.2±4.0)°、(49.1±3.2)mm(49.6+7.6)°、(53.7±4.7)mm(61.2±4.0)°、(51.0±2.6)mm(52.5±5.5)°、(51.0±4.4)mm(40.0±6.0)°、(52.1±3.8)mm respectively.Conclusion:These correlative data of measurements from pterion to middle cranial fossa will benefit the design of surgical treatment and provide some useful references for defining the position of important structures in operations.
