摘要
将人本主义管理理念运用于高职教育是十分必要的。因而在师资建设中,要不断完善管理制度,重视教师学习与发展,重视教师心理环境的营造;在学生培养中,要注重教学方式的运用,用人本思想引导学生提升自我认识,使先进企业文化与素质教育有机结合,深化教学改革,营造创新型成才环境。这将有利于培养全面发展的高素质人才。
It is very necessary to apply the management concept of humanism to higher vocational education.Therefore,in the construction of teaching staff,it needs to perfect management system continually and emphasize teachers＇study and development as well as the construction of teachers＇psychological environment.In the cultivation of students,it should pay talents＇environment ,which is benefit for cultivating high quality talents with all -round development.
