摘要
在设计基本薪酬体系时,企业应该遵循服务于发展战略、激励员工、节约成本等原则。工程咨询企业的基本薪酬体系,以岗位价值为依据,通过职位评价、薪酬调查、薪酬结构确定等步骤,可以建立一个具备公平性和竞争性的基本薪酬体系。
The works enterprises should follow the principles of service of the development strategy, incentive workers and employees and economic cost as they lay out the selary and payment system. It may establish the selary and payment system which is of the justice and competition based on the post value as the foundation, professional evaluation, adjustment of selary and payment investigation and the structure of selary and payment.
