摘要
利用荧光光谱法研究了对氯苯酚(4-CP)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,研究结果表明4-CP对BSA的荧光有较强的猝灭作用,其猝灭机理为静态猝灭,作用力主要为氢键和范德华力。依据Lineweaver-Burk方程和热力学方程获得了不同温度下水溶液和表面活性剂溶液中4-CP和BSA作用的结合常数、结合点位数及热力学参数,并且在表面活性剂溶液中实验体系346nm处的荧光峰蓝移。
The interaction of 4-Chlorophenol(4-CP)with bovine serum albumin(BSA)has been investigated by fluorescence method.The results show that the 4-CP strongly quenched fluorescence of BSA.It was proved that the fluorescence quenching mechanism belonged to the static quenching.The hydrogen bond and Vander Waals force played the main role in the binding of 4-CP with BSA.According to Lineweaver-Burk equation and thermodynamics equation,the binding constants,binding sates and thermodynamics parameters were obtained at different temperatures in the aqueous solution and the surfactant solutions.The wavelength of the fluorescence spectrum apexes change to shortwave at 346nm in the surfactant solutions.
