摘要
探讨分布式梳棉机针布数据管理系统的设计。基于Web的针布数据管理系统,设计了分布式梳棉机针布数据管理系统,前台实现业务操作,后台提供数据结构。采用了基于Web的J2EE三层框架,即客户层、中间层、信息系统层。对协同设计功能做了跟踪测试,优化了针布配置。得出:该系统集针布参数和梳棉机工艺参数的查询、针布配套、针布的设计及针布参数统计分析、针布的销售等于一体。认为:该系统可以缩短产品开发时间,提高企业市场竞争力。
Design of distributed card clothing data management system in carding machine was discussed. Based on Web card clothing data management system, distributed card clothing data management system was designed. Busi- ness operation was realized in front stage and data structure was supplied in backage. J2EE three frame based on Web was adopted,i, e. client layer,middle layer and information system layer. Tracking test was done on co-design function and card clothing configuration was optimized. The result shows that functions was combined in the system, including card clothing data and carding machine processing inquiry, card clothing match and design, card clothing parameter sta- tistical analysis and card clothing sell. It is considered that product development time can be shortened and market com- petitiveness of enterprises can be increased by using the system.
