摘要
空调系统采用一机对一泵原则时,在部分负荷下,可通过调节冷水机组和泵的运行台数来应对负荷的变化,但不同的运行方案下的能耗不一样。结合工程实例,对螺杆冷水机在部分负荷下的COP值进行分析,确定冷水机组运行方案,进而确定冷冻水泵运行方案。通过对不同运行方案下的耗电量进行比较,得出了最优化的运行方案。结果表明,采用新的运行方案要比原运行方案节约7.3%的电量。
One chiller correspond to one chilled water pump in air-conditioning, it can adjust their numbers to meet the change of load under part load. There is different energy consumption with different operation scheme. With practical example, through the analysis of screw chiller's COP under part load, determine operation schemes of chillers and chilled water pumps. Compared with the energy consumption in different operation scheme, finding an optimization control scheme. Compared with the energy-consumption of original schemes, the new control scheme realizes the enerav-saving, about 7.3%.
