摘要
高气油比抽油机井在生产过程中,套压的大小影响着油井的生产,套压过高或者过低都会对油井产生不利影响,出现产油量偏少或者含水率上升过快,影响油井的最终采收率。由于套压与油气比、含水率等存在线性关系,故可以通过多元线性回归理论建立相关的数学模型,同时根据套压与产油量的关系,而产量的变化主要是由于套压变化导致抽油泵泵效发生变化,故运用数据的最小二乘曲线拟合法,可得到套压与泵效的近似关系,从而通过控制套压来改变泵效,控制产液量。通过试验,显示该方法简单易行,现场应用效果良好,能够为油井的生产管理提供理论依据。
In the production of rod - pumped wells with high gas - oil ratio, the casing pressure affects oil - well production. If the casing pressure is too high or too low, there is the adverse effect on the production of oil well, which leads to less oil prodution or rapid increase in water - cut, and reduce the ultimate recovery factor. Because of the linear relationship among the casing pressure, gas - oil ratio, water - cut, etc. , the relevant mathematical models were established by using the multiple linear regression theory. Because the production change is mainly controlled by the change of pump effeciency due to the change of casing pressure, there is the relationship between casing pressure and oil production. Based on the relationship ,the approximate relationship between casing pressure and pump efficiency can be obtained by using the least squares curve - fitting. Thus the pump efficiency and fluid production can be changed by controlling the casing pressure. The results of field applications showed that the method is simple and practical, and can provide theoretical basis for the management of the production wells.
