摘要
模态分析是工程振动领域的基本分析方法。以振动教学实验台为研究对象,对其进行实验模态分析和有限元模态分析,然后对振教台进行简谐激励验证实验,即给予实验台不同频率的简谐信号以激发其各阶模态振动。通过对上述三种方法实验结果的综合分析,确定振动教学实验台的模态参数。通过实验模态分析的结果验证有限元模型的正确性,简谐激励实验验证实验模态分析结果的正确性,指出这种综合分析方法可以更为可靠的识别机械结构的模态参数。
Modal analysis is a basic method in the field of engineering vibration. In this paper, the vibration test bench for teaching is analyzed respectively by the experimental modal analysis method and finite element modal analysis method;again with harmonic excitation experiment for test, that is, giving the vibration test bench different frequency harmonic signals in order to arouse its various modes vibra- tion. Based on the experimental results of the above three methods, modal parameters of the vibration test bench are determined by the comprehensive analysis. The finite element modal is verified by the results of experimental modal analysis and these results are verified by harmonic excitation experiment. The paper points out that this comprehensive analysis method can more reliablely determine the modal parameters of mechanical structures .
