摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis)不典型增生与胃癌的发生关系密切,是消化系常见病.难治病[1]研究表明,CAG是发生胃癌重要前驱疾病之一,伴有肠上皮化生,不典型增生者癌变率约5%～13%。我科根据多年的临床观察和基础研究筛选出来的科研拟定方,珍珠舌草胶囊(黄芪、白术、枳实、、木香、砂仁、公英、蛇舌草、丹参、莪术、珍珠层粉)具有健脾和胃,理气消痞,活血止痛,解毒散结的功能,不仅可以改善临床症状,保护胃粘膜,还可促进肠上皮化生,不典型增生等胃癌前期病变的逆转,对预防胃癌有积极意义。
