摘要
高校辅导员职业能力的建构受社会发展规律、思想政治教育内在规律和教育对象身心发展规律所制约,只有满足辅导员职责的根本要求、社会发展变化的时代要求、具备继承性和借鉴性以及职业能力的结构化要求等客观依据,才能确定职业能力的内容和范围。
Construction of college advisors' professional competence is conditioned by the law of social development, the inherent law of ideological and political education and the law of students' physical and mental development. The content and extent of advisors' professional competence can be determined only when some objective bases are met.
