摘要
高校辅导员双重身份的确定,明确了辅导员工作的性质,拓宽了职业发展的渠道,增加了职称评定的选择,提出了综合素质的要求。同时,也蕴含着工作角色的冲突,职业认同的困难,专业发展的两难和工作岗位的过渡。身份的单一化、职称评审的单独化、辅导员发展的专业化是化解双重身份角色困扰的未来的一种可能走向。
Establishment of college advisors' dual identity helps define the nature of advisors' work, opens up channels for occupational development, increases professional title options and brings forward requirements for comprehensive qualities. At the same time, it also implies role conflict, career identity difficulty, professional development dilemma, and job transition. The solution to advisors' role confusion as a result of dual identity probably lies in a single identity, an independent professional title and advisors" specialization.
